With increasing Covid-19 case numbers in Christchurch, there’s a high chance you, our gorgeous client, or your True Grit stylist will become a close contact. Unfortunately, this will result in the last-minute rescheduling of your appointment (from your end or ours). These are extremely trying and unpredictable times!
True Grit’s policy is to protect our clients and team to the best standard possible. If you need to cancel your appointment (we are waiving our cancellation fee) or we have to postpone yours, we will do our utmost to reschedule you with another stylist.
We will also be running a cancellation list which will be reviewed every day. Because of the high number of cancellations we are receiving, we will most likely be able to accommodate you!
It’s a really tough time for the service industry, but we have a huge promise to you: you will still leave True Grit feeling a million dollars with beautiful hair 😊
