Appointment Deposits & Cancellation Reminder

To help us better manage our schedule and reserve appointment time for all clients, we now require a 50% deposit for:

• All online bookings (new and returning)
• Extensive colour bookings.

We kindly require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a late cancellation or no-show fee at management’s discretion.
