Cancellation Policy

Are you aware of our cancellation policy? We need 24 hours notice for you to cancel an appointment. Please understand our days are based around pre booked appointments, and it can really impact on your stylist’s day if you cancel your appointment at the last minute. A $30 fee will incur if we don’t receive 24 hours notice (and 48 hours notice in December), but we hope we won’t have to enforce this. We really appreciate your understanding!
