Master Stylist Jen Finch has been part of the True Grit family since the very early days, and her talent, creativity and warmth have shaped the lives (and hair) of hundreds of loyal clients. Jen is a cornerstone of our salon; a true artist and beloved team member. Congratulations on 20 amazing years, Jen!
“It honestly feels like just yesterday that I nervously walked into my interview for an apprenticeship at True Grit. Hard to believe that was 20 years ago! From day one, Jacqui has been more than a mentor, she’s pushed me, supported me, and believed in me. She encouraged me to compete (and win!) in industry competitions, guided me as I stepped into leadership, and trusted me to help train the next generation of apprentices. I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy incredible experiences across New Zealand and Australia with her. When the time came for me to step back from managing to focus on raising my beautiful little boy, Jacqui was right there too, offering unwavering support and understanding. True Grit has evolved so much over the years, but what’s stayed the same is the energy, the creativity, and the sense of family. We work hard, we grow together, and, let’s be honest, we party pretty hard too. Love ya work, Mrs. Victor. Here’s to the wild ride we’ve had and the good times still to come. xx
