To all my wonderful clients,
Many of you will have seen my news on Instagram. I had a stroke recently and I’m so happy to tell you I’m doing well.
I’m recovering and taking things nice and easy. I’m being very good: taking my medication, getting out for walks and looking after both my mental and physical health.
You might spot me popping into True Grit now and then, but I’m not quite ready to get back to work just yet.
Please know you’re in good hands. The team is looking after all my clients and will take beautiful care of you until I’m back.

After years of beautiful blondes, precision bobs and the bounciest blowaves, Mya is heading home to Motueka. We’re so proud of everything she’s achieved with us, from colour technician to qualified New Gen stylist.
