The history of your hair & scalp:
From the get-go we want your hair to be as healthy as ever, all while receiving the best colour results ever. To do this we need to know the history of your hair and scalp; anything from previous colours, products you use often, or other environmental elements you may have been exposed to (chlorine we’re looking at you!). The more thorough you can be with your hair history, the more able we are to create your unique bespoke colour. This ensures we don’t let any hair nightmares happen! During your initial consultation, your chosen hair stylist will discuss your history with you and determine what’s the best course of action for your bespoke colour service!
Skin sensitivity & hair strand testing:
To ensure we create the best possible no damage and sublime shine result for you we offer all colour clients complimentary skin sensitivity and hair strand testing. Upon booking your colour service we ask everyone to make a skin sensitivity/hair strand testing appointment for at least 48 hours before your appointment.
