Your first appointment at True Grit is an unforgettable one! To begin, you’ll receive a full consultation with your stylist as well as the option to say whether you would like a Quiet Chair service. As soon as you set foot in our Manchester Street hair salon, you will instantly notice what sets us apart from the rest. The salon floor is a fast-paced, energetic place to be, but as you move through the space, you will be greeted by our relaxing and serene European-style spa. The air is scented with luxurious air diffusers, and when you are at the basin, you are treated with a full body massage in one of our massage chairs and our legendary head massage. Believe it or not, knowing the history of your hair and scalp is just as important as the rest of your physical health. That’s why we put a big emphasis on this during our first consultation with you. We also strongly encourage all our new and regular clients to take us up on our complimentary testing services: sensitivity testing and hair strand testing. They give both you and us peace of mind and confidence in our technical services.
